Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager or Business Analyst
in Aftersales Quality Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and propose improvements for after-sales
maintenance services
Develop system specifications to meet new business needs and lead
system development projects
Collaborate with various divisions to enhance customer satisfaction
and brand value through effective after-sales services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
TOEIC score of 730 or higher; proficiency in English for conference
calls
Experience in manufacturing or PLM-related system development
At least 2 years of project management or business analyst
experience in IT system development
Familiarity with packaged products like SIEMENS Teamcenter or
SaaS
Experience in global project management is preferred
