Job Description The Healthcare Customer Service Representative is responsible for securing and verifying information from patients, guardians, attorneys and/or auto insurance carriers. A Customer Service Representative must keep meticulous records of activities and gathered information in our proprietary database. All contacts with anyone outside the company will be summarized in an auto date and time stamped note for each encounter. Processors are expected to have experience using a computer. Good communication skills are necessary to converse with patients or insurance companies. On the job training provided. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Prefer call center and data entry experience, can be entry level with basic office computer skills. Shifts Day shift only. 8am to 4:30pm Part time positions also available. Flexible hours for parent(s) with children. This job is not remote. Benefits Subsidized health insurance after 30 days, 401K plan, paid holidays (determined by company) paid vacation after first year.
