The ideal candidate can put themselves in our members' shoes and advocate for them when necessary, ensuring we provide solutions in a timely manner and updating processes to improve efficiency and member satisfaction. They know that member feedback is priceless, and diligently work to gather and compile it to help improve our services.Problem-solving also comes naturally to them, and they are confident in troubleshooting and will do the research necessary if they don't have enough information to resolve a member concern. In short, we are looking for a deeply empathetic, member, detail and operations-oriented people-person to join our rapidly growing team.In this role, you will act as the main liaison between our members, our Stylists, and the company. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital in this process as well as the ability to meet specified deadlines. Responsibilities Managing email tickets, chat requests, inbound & outgoing call requests, social media messages and texts in a timely manner Identify opportunities for improvement and work directly with Stylists to implement change when necessary Identify and assess members' needs to achieve satisfaction quickly and efficiently Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure shipping/tracking information is correct and available in a timely manner Build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and interactive communication - you will sometimes be the "face" of our company Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within an appropriate amount of time Take the extra mile to engage members Eager to embrace Stately's culture and unique style of service Requirements 2 or more years of customer support experience Must live in Southern California: the position is currently remote but may require some in office time in the near future Must be available to work at least one weekend day Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with Gorgias, Google Sheets and Slack a plus Ability to adapt/respond to different types of members Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a very fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic To learn more information about Stately, please visit Job Type: Full-time; Remote; MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA ONLY.
