EARN $16.00-$18.00 hr. Based on Experience

Alta Resources is hiring Customer Service Representatives, located at our Brea call center, to support our client's products. You bring the desire to succeed as customer service professional and we'll provide the necessary training and on-going education. Previous work experience in healthcare, administrative, retail, food service or call center industries is helpful but not required.

Duties & Qualities

• Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client's customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
