A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for
Healthcare - Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) who will provide support
and information to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from patients and their families
Provide support and information about healthcare services
Triage calls and route them to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
