Job Description:
A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring
timely and accurate reimbursement for services
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and account
balances while building relationships with internal and external
clients
Document and communicate effectively with payors and assist
patients and providers with billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services,
financial collection services, or insurance industry processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and work
independently
Strong knowledge of common office software, including word
processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a wide range of
audiences
