Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects, manage team resources, and communicate
technical goals and updates
Oversee Salesforce engineering efforts and promote an AI-first
approach in software development
Manage team performance, conduct performance reviews, and
facilitate talent acquisition for Salesforce engineers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering roles
4+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and LWCs
Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales and
Marketing
Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to execution in
Salesforce environments
