SLP will provide in-home therapy to children under age 3. *Special Offer: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months of employment AND$500 bonus after 12 months of employment! This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly; SLP will have flexibility to build their own schedule with the families they work with! Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!Must be able to service culturally diverse populations and be comfortable working in homes and through tele-therapy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed Monitor, document and share the childs progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator Maintain personal calendar, meet timelines, complete tasks as assigned by supervisor EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences California Speech-language pathologist license Pass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedure We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our growth!
